The object of the NCD PER Association is to: |

1. |
Foster friendship and cooperation among all members of the Order. | |||||
| 2. | Render aid to the Lodges within the NCD. | |||||
| 3. | Render financial support for worthy projects within the NCD. | |||||
| 4. | Lend assistance, whenever possible, in the formation of training programs. | |||||
| 5. | Promote the Grand Lodge and California-Hawaii Elks Association programs. | |||||
| 6. | Encourage a high level of competence among the Officers of the Lodges. | |||||
